She holds PhD and Masters degrees in Behavior, Cognition, and Neuroscience from American University and a Bachelors degree in Animal Behavior and Classics from Bucknell University. She has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research, journey mapping, and usability testing, helping organizations create intuitive and evidence-based experiences.
Lindsay has led research initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, leveraging mixed-methods approaches and behavioral science to drive engagement and decision-making for products across healthcare, banking, retail, and more.
In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she can!
