Victoria joins BEESY with a decade of experience applying behavioral science to better understand and advance meaningful, sustainable health behavior change. She has extensive experience leading end-to-end applied research initiatives, managing complex project workstreams, and translating qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights for diverse partners.
Victoria has worked across a wide range of research areas, including aging and longevity, diabetes education and chronic disease management, sexual and gender minority health, and maternal health and child outcomes. Her experience spans large-scale NIH-funded clinical trials, mixed methods studies on life course development, community-based participatory research, and policy-focused data translation.
Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.P.S. in Clinical Psychological Science from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Comparative Religion from Miami University.
Outside of work, Victoria can often be found running nature trails alongside her Border Collie mix (who can almost always outrun her). When she’s not running, she’s likely hiking instead. She loves exploring new places and trying new foods, is rarely far from her Kindle, and is always on the hunt for her next favorite read.
